From start to finish the knowledge and assistance was fantastic. Ashley guided me on what I actually needed and the outdoor blind was here before I expected. Having someone come to my home and discuss all options and colours, finishes etc was really helpful. The spring fittings and three stage clips are all I needed for this area. I had such a great experience with Blinds Nice Rutherford, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Ashley. From the very first consultation, he was accommodating, down-to-earth, and genuinely helpful. During the home visit, he held up samples, answered all our questions, and made the whole process easy. My husband and I then visited the store to take a closer look at the product, and Ashley was there again, ready to help. He showed us the samples, answered every question we had, and made us feel confident in our decision—so much so that we purchased straight away. Five years ago, we got a quote from a competitor, and the price this time was just as competitive. I was so happy with Ashley and the quality of the product that I didn’t feel the need to shop around again. We paid the deposit, and once production was underway, Ashley called to let me know that the colour I had chosen was part of a discontinued range and that there wasn’t enough left to complete the order. Without hesitation, he popped back round with another sample that was so close to the original that it was an easy swap. The whole process was seamless, and everything was completed well within the expected time frame. I also requested a small modification to the chains so the white sheer blind had a white chain and the grey block-out blind had a grey chain. It’s such a handy detail because now I don’t get them mixed up! The brackets and chains are customisable to suit your colour scheme. Troy, the installer, was fantastic—quick, professional, and thorough. He cleaned up all the rubbish, took it with him, and made sure I understood how everything worked, including how to remove the blinds if needed. Now that they’re installed, I couldn’t be happier with the result. The dual blinds create such a soft, calming light during the day—I can see out, but no one can see in. Even in the evening, with the lights on, the privacy is still excellent. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and enjoyable. Ashley and the team at Blinds Nice really went above and beyond, and I’m so glad we chose them.

Blinds Nice staff were professional and helped us to make the right choice for replacement of the peeling broken wooden ones (only 4 years old) from another supplier. They recommended PVC blinds which were much more suitable for the room they were in. They gave us a timeline for installation which was spot-on, the product is Australian made, It looks great, the installer was prompt and a lovely young man and the blinds look great. I thoroughly recommend Blinds Nice.
